What a start from the Lions! Absolutely electric from the first whistle, playing with intensity and purpose that blew Woodcombe away in the opening minutes.

Bobby G set the tone with two quickfire goals in the first five minutes, showing exactly why he’s become such a key player in a short space of time. The floodgates were well and truly open as Luca added a third before Leo made it 4-1, after Woodcombe clawed a goal back. The Lions went into the break feeling on top after a dominant first-half display!

The second half saw multiple changes, which slightly disrupted our rhythm, but the damage was already done. Henry got on the score sheet, following up a Luca free kick that hit the cross bar. Bobby completed his well-deserved hat-trick as we closed out a 6-2 victory to book our place in the semi-finals.
